Macro Monday..

I played in the pumpkin patch this week. All the delicious twisty vines and curlie cues..wonderful fun to snap. Actually it is an accidental pumpkin patch. We had tossed our store bought pumpkins into the compost pile last Fall and they popped up like crazy this Spring. They have kept on growing, much to our amazement and joy!! So here are a few shots of our volunteers.

Stranglehold...

Isn't he beautiful!!

A bitty baby pumpkin coming along.

Ok..I know... but it is really beautiful, this huge pumpkin flower!

Beautiful photos, Sarah, I'm a HUGE fan of macros, they are my favourites. Especially plants and flowers. I feel like sometimes they are giving me a little peek into another world.
