Macro Monday

I thought I would do a few Fall type shots today. The kids collected up horse chestnuts for me this weekend. The yard is full already! So we added them to some of our volunteer pumpkin crop from this summer.

These are really good. I like the photo of the nuts in the wooden box the best but they are all very nice.

Pretty pictures!!
We used to collect chestnuts to put in the corners of the home to keep spiders away when we were kids. I don't know if that worked but I remember the fun of collecting them.

To make an infused oil simply fill a jar about half full with dried petals or flower head and top it off with oil- you can use olive oil, coconut oil, etc but not baking oils like corn or canola. This can create social isolations, teasing and bullying. It is a natural source of the vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, AND C.
