Our theme this week is...Water,Lakes & Streams - by Nicole Howard We live near a lake..well right next to one..it is a busy place this time of the year! So here are a few shots of our lovely Lake Coeur D Alene.

And Fox by the river..with the ever present stick...why do boys pick up every stick they find??

This reminds me so much of our own Lakes Region with the mountains behind them. Beautiful and playful set of photos.
These are all so refreshing! Love the Golden photo! Looks like my Wilson, the goofball. And that last photo is splendid! It's what a contented summer day looks like to me.

Thanks for sharing the photos of the lake nearby your place. Why do boys like to pick up sticks they find? I guess, as a boy, it serves their sword or material used to defend themselves. Boys like to play with sticks in war games
ah, these are great photos Sarah. The third one makes me think of my childhood. We always had so much fun at the lake. I also really like your dog photos. Summer fun!
