Friday My Town Shoot Out....
Squirrel!!!!!
So the theme this week is Bridges in black and white. Never one to take things literally...I added a few different kinds of bridges this week. I did try to stay as close to black and white as possible. Above you will see a classic squirrel bridge.
Here is an old logging bridge out in the woods.
A guitar bridge..that bar under my Hanna's flying fingers.
A bridge that leads out to the Resort docks..lots of gulls hang out here!
If you look close in the background through all the fog is a highway bridge.
I loved this series of shots... one crow bridging the gap to the other one.
Stepping closer...
Closer...
Here let me love on you...I love this. One crow grooming another..it was sweet to watch them care so gently for each other.
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!! Hugs, Sarah

What a great set of photos, Sarah!!! Gotta love the crows :) - We have a family of them that live in our tree's...there is something special about having them here with us.
What a great series of interpretations. Really nicely done!
Wonderful take on the theme, Sarah. I so wish I had your creative mind and could have found the sort of bridges you showed us. Love the crows!!
Oh Sarah, you really have done a fantastic shoot out. Your creativity on the take of this theme is inspiring. I love that first photo and the photo with the fog. Excellent!

Hugs from me & G-Dog
The crows were a perfect touch -- the bridge of affection between birds.
The crows were wonderful! Also love the bridge in the fog, so soft and quiet.
I love to see a creative mind at work. These pictures were great fun and very clever.
Love the foggy shot - so mystical!
Oh, you've gotten so creative with the theme, I love it! Aren't those crows precious?
Very creative. I love it. So many things to learn from this project.
New ways of looking at things. Thanks for sharing.

Oh, Sarah, I love these. That was a very creative answer to this theme. And the crows! I love when they do that. They're so smart, those crows. So...so cat-like.
And the other shots. You're getting so dammed good! xoxoxo B
First I was gonna say I liked the 1st few, then I saw the bridge extending into the fog (breathtaking!) but then I saw the crows and that just really takes the cake. I love this.
A bridge in the fog is very impressive. It seems to be oil painting.
And your portrait of "About Me" is very cool.
You are an artist really.
I thank for your always admiring my calligraphy.
I am glad that I was able to meet a good understanding person you.
This, me lady, was very cool! Oh, I loved it! This was a pleasure to read and your photography is amazing! Youcapture the story so well! Love coming here! ((hugs))
awwwwwww.. so cute!! love the birds and the squirrel is so funny. love the misty foggy photo!!
I like the gulls in the water. How long did you spy the crows to take such good photos. I am surprised you didn't mind the ARK! ARK!
Excellent interpretation, Sarah. I love the crows. They're such social birds, and clever ones too.
Sarah! You are so clever, a bridge of a guitar! I have one in my living room! ha!
How great your theme was woven!
Hi Sarah....so nice to meet you! I can see that you and I have a LOT in common. From being photographers, artists, parents and lovers of Halloween! I've been through your neck of Idaho while driving on our way to Montana from Seattle! The whole pacific Northwest is so lovely and green...at least it was many years ago in July. Love your art and photography and am glad to make your acquaintance! :o)
