Macro Monday



Thought I would do a bit of early Fall pictures here in North Idaho. Yup the leaves are popping already!! Even I am a bit surprised!! Beautiful though!! Have a wonderful week all, Sarah

my favorite was the leaf.... all that great contrast till I saw the hand with the acorns. OOH love that one the detail is fantastic. So I gotta ask did you use a filter of some kind while working on it. I would have been there quite a while using the dodge and burn tool and Maybe come up with something close. Love it!

I wasn't sure what those were, but now I know they're acorns. I like the leaf on the rocks photo. It stands out from the rest. It's very nice.

The leaves are starting to change here in New England too, I just wish the temperature would feel more fall-like!

The shot of the acorns at the top is my favorite, there's a softness to it that is unexpected given how hard the nuts themselves are...

I was wondering what you were holding, the acorns in New Zealand are different. They are shaped more like the first joint of my thumb.

For us, spring is approaching. Yippee, after a very cold winter.
